The different stages in the production of a personalised cap:
Choice of model, material and fastening.
The elements of your cap are cut out and labelled (by embroidery or screen printing).
The cap components are assembled and sewn, and the fastening is integrated.
The finished caps are checked and then shaped using a thermal mould.
