In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system belonging to Incaps-Design, whose registered office is at 275 Rue du Fer à Cheval, 34 070 Montpellier – FRANCE.

Data storage

In accordance with the regulations in force, Incaps-Design informs you that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for their processing, in accordance with the regulations in force locally. For example, in accordance with French law, we are obliged to keep payment and invoicing information for a period of 10 years.
Until you inform us otherwise, we understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to inform us of any changes and that we have your consent to use it for the purposes stated.

Data processing

Incaps-Design informs that it will process data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. Incaps-Design therefore undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that any inaccurate data is deleted or rectified without delay.

Incaps-Design will process your data in order to fulfil its contractual obligations for the printing of your order and the management of your customer account. Without this data we may not be able to process your order or invoice the products ordered.
Incaps-Design will also process your information to send you promotional offers and product information if you have given consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing and product information at any time by contacting customer service.

Type of data collected, use and retention period

Cookies

Incaps-Design, for the proper functioning of its websites, deposits cookies on your browser. Here are the different types of cookies:

  • Account identification and session cookies: these cookies enable you to log in to your account and remember your preferences when filling in a contact form or requesting a quote. They are necessary for the website to function properly. They are stored for 24 hours.

These are the only cookies placed by our website. Below, you will find the use of third-party cookies from external sites. Their management, generation and storage depend on the services concerned, as detailed below.

  • Statistical analysis cookies: the cookies placed by Google Analytics enable us to improve your user experience on our site and to better understand our web traffic. Session data is stored for 30 minutes. A unique visit identification is kept for 6 months. Identification data is completely erased after 14 months. You can refuse the use of these cookies using the tool provided when you launch our website.   • Remarketing cookies: the remarketing and tracking cookies for Adwords/Adsense and DoubleClick advertising campaigns placed by Google are used to provide you with specific offers during your purchasing process on third-party platforms. This data is kept for 30 days. Incaps-Design does not use this type of cookie.
  • Social network cookies: the cookies set by Facebook, in particular those linked to Facebook Pixel, enable us to identify the origin of traffic to our website and to qualify visits and promotional campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Facebook display network. We do not record any personal data, except in the event of connection to the website via Facebook Connect, in the event of interaction with our Facebook page from our website, or in the event of liking or sharing content on our site via a Facebook function. Facebook advertising and remarketing cookies are kept for a maximum of 28 days. Facebook Connect cookies are kept for a maximum of 3 months. You can refuse these Facebook cookies by using the tool provided when you launch the website and by configuring your browser’s confidentiality settings. In this case, however, you will no longer be able to take advantage of certain social features. When you use Facebook Connect, you expressly give us access to your personal information and the email address of your Facebook account. You can revoke this access in your Facebook privacy settings.
    Incaps-Design may also use cookies deposited by LinkedIn Connect or LinkedIn Ads to qualify the origin and performance of its acquisition campaigns, or to allow you to connect via your LinkedIn account. You can refuse the use of these cookies using the tool provided when you launch our website.

Data entered in our contact/quotation request forms

In order to be able to respond to our users’ requests, we store the data entered by the user in the contact and quotation request forms, which may include surnames, first names, email addresses and telephone numbers, as well as curriculum vitae. We also store the sender’s IP address. This data is kept for 12 months. However, in the event of spam or unwanted form filling, we keep the user’s IP address indefinitely, as part of our fight against spam, in order to ban the user who is the source of abuse. This data is used for commercial purposes in the event of a request for a quotation or commercial information. It is only passed on to third parties when these third parties act as subcontractors. The latter are then subject to the same rules of confidentiality as Incaps-Design and cannot transmit, re-use or keep these data outside the contract of confidentiality and use of data signed between Incaps-Design and the user.

Data supplied when subscribing to the newsletter

The data supplied when subscribing to the newsletter, i.e. the email address and, optionally, the first and last names, is kept indefinitely without any specific action on the part of the user. Once registration has been validated by the user, he/she may cancel his/her subscription at any time. In the event of unsubscription, the user’s data will be deleted.

Data provided in connection with online sales

User account data, purchase details and delivery addresses are kept for an unlimited period. Users have access to rectify or delete their data via their user account. When the account is deleted, all data is removed from the website. Users are informed that when their data is deleted, they will no longer have access to their invoices or to their purchase history on the website.

For accounting purposes, the invoicing data will however be kept for 10 years by Incaps-Design as from the closing of the current balance sheet.

User rights

In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data by sending your request to the postal address given above or via the contact form. You may contact the competent supervisory authority (CNIL) to make any complaint you consider appropriate.

Data transfer

Incaps-Design informe qu’elle peut procéder à un transfert des données lorsqu’il le sera nécessaire (par exemple aux sous-traitants – photographes, graphistes…).
Ce transfert de données s’effectuera dans le respect des garanties, mesures et droits prévus par la législation en vigueur sur la protection des données personnelles et en accord avec cette politique de confidentialité et l’accord de transfert des données de Incaps-Design.

This privacy policy was last updated on 04/02/2019. From time to time, Incaps-Design may make changes to its privacy policy and update it on its website. We reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time and recommend that you review it frequently.
